![]() ![]() I developed a work order tracking system which allows the tracking of hours to a project and programmed all the corresponding interfaces via the WIM programming language. I revised the two attendance systems which included crossing multiple discipline levels. My responsibilities included the total revision of the configuration of the pay rules and complicated building blocks. I also installed advanced reporting under SSRS with a dedicated report server. I converted all the current interfaces from Connect to WIM for access under Data Integration along with the conversion of the 4500 time devices from DCM to WDM. This consisted of the setup of the server farm, the database setup, installation of all software along with the conversion of the current database with DB Manager. I am well versed in the Kronos WFC product as both an extremely strong functional analyst as well as technical.Īs a Contractor for confidential I have been in charge of the Kronos WFC implementation from 6.0 to 6.2. My duties include all the technical support along with ongoing support of the user community and help desk functions. ![]() I also instituted the usage of time off request processing by the employees. I implemented Mexico on the new system on and then followed with the confidential implementation in multiple states for 60 of the corporation. This included all programming within WIM to allow automatic derivation of delegates' sets, security sets LLSETS and system organizational locations. I completed all the WIM interfaces and fully automated the system where the system of data source was the UltiPro HR system. I also designed and implemented the Kronos Navigator front end of the system. This included complex configurations of the accruals along with the implementation of the Spanish Language pack for Mexico. Within a 4-month time period, I upgraded the software, reconfigured the workforce timekeeper module pay rules to handle both hourly and salary exempt employees. Initially the system was stalled and never implemented into production. This consisted of the software installation of the 7.0.5 release both on multiple applications servers and databases along with the migration from the 6.2 system to 7.0 using DB Manager.
